How to Apply
Cut out desired designs. Clean and dry skin, peel film, place face down, dampen 20 to 30 seconds, peel slowly. Charge the glow by holding under a bright light for 30 seconds before entering dark environments.
How to Remove
Baby oil, wait 60 seconds, wipe clean. Glow ink may require gentle rubbing.
