Shipping Rates
We ship worldwide from Ding’an County, Hainan Province, China. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All orders are shipped in recyclable, protective packaging to ensure your tattoos arrive flat and undamaged.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $40, regardless of destination. This is our way of thanking you for supporting our small business. The free shipping option uses standard postal service and includes tracking.
Standard Rates
Orders under $40 pay a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for domestic (China) delivery and $8.95 for international delivery. These rates cover packaging and postage. We do not add handling fees.
Express Shipping
Need your tattoos fast? Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional $12. Express orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 1 to 3 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available for all destinations except remote addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may extend by 2 to 3 business days.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Track your package through your local postal service. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
If your tracking number shows no updates after 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your country’s import policies for packages under $50, as many countries exempt small-value shipments from duties.
Packaging
All tattoo sheets are shipped flat in rigid cardboard mailers to prevent bending. Multi-sheet orders are packaged in a resealable tube for storage. Our packaging is recyclable and printed with soy-based inks. We never use plastic blister packaging.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no cost. If your order is lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery after the estimated timeframe plus 5 business days), contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all countries except those under trade embargoes. If you do not see your country at checkout, contact us and we will arrange alternative shipping if possible.
